新型战救弹力加压敷料的研究

摘　　要：目的研制一种易学、易掌握、易操作的新型弹力加压敷料,以替代部队长期装备的三角巾。方法将不同大小的脱脂棉垫、弹力绷带和尼龙搭扣制成大、中、小三种型号的弹力加压敷料,用以包扎全身各部位体表伤口。同时与三角巾比较战士掌握使用方法的时间、战救操作的时间以及伤员活动后伤口包扎的牢固性。结果弹力加压敷料可完成三角巾所有的包扎任务,战士掌握使用方法的时间、战救操作的时间明显短于三角巾,伤员活动后伤口包扎的牢固性明显强于三角巾(P<0.05)。结论此新型战救弹力加压敷料可有效、快速、牢固地对全身各部位体表伤口进行包扎,易于学习、掌握和操作,可以作为三角巾在包扎方面的升级替代品。Objective To develop a novel elastic pressure dressing which is easy to learn, master and manipulate, in order that the triangular bandage in use in our army for decades will be replaced. Methods In the study, absorbent cotton dressing and pressure bandage were made into an elastic pressure dressing with nylon agraffe, including three sizes （large, middle and small）, to bandage the wounds all over the body surface. The time for soldiers to master the bandaging technique with the elastic pressure dressing and the time to bandage the wound with it were compared with that with traditional triangular bandage. The fastness of the elastic pressure dressing bandaging the wound was also compared after the wounded soldiers had moved. Results The elastic pressure dressing could bandage all the wounds that the triangular bandage could do. The time for the soldiers to master the bandaging technique with the elastic pressure dressing and the time to bandage the wound with it were drastically shorter than that with the triangular bandage ; after the wounded soldiers had moved, the fastness of the elastic pressure dressing bandaging was much better than that of the trian- gular bandage （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The novel elastic pressure dressing for first care in combat can bandage the wounds all over the body surface effectively, quickly and firmly. It is easy for the soldiers to learn, master and manipulate. In addition, it may replace the traditional triangular bandage.
