输尿管镜技术在慢性精囊炎诊治中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜技术在慢性精囊炎诊断和治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对2008年1月—2012年9月采用输尿管镜冲洗治疗的15例患者及常规药物治疗的20例患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果手术组手术时间60～120min。拔除导尿管后排尿恢复正常，射精正常，未发生逆行感染。治愈9例，有效5例，无效1例，总有效率93．3％，痊愈率60．O％；对照组治愈4例，有效6例，无效10例，总有效率50．0％，痊愈率20．O％，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用输尿管镜技术对慢性精囊炎进行诊治病因诊断率高，治疗效果好，安全性高，并发症少。Objective To explore the clinical application of transurethral ureteroscopy to the diagnosis and the treatment of chronic eystospermitis. Methods Retrospective analysis was done in 15 patients with chronic eystospermitis who had undergone clysis o1 glandula seminalis via ureteroscopy （trial group） and in 20 patients who had received drug therapy （control group） from January 2008 to December 2012. Results In the trial group, the operation time was 60 - 120 min. All the 15 patients urinated and ejacu- lated normally after the urethral catheter had been pulled out without retrograde infection. Complete healing was reached in 9 pa- tients, partial healing in 5 patients and noneffectiveness in 1 patient （ with a complete healing rate of 60.0% and a total healing rate of 93.3 % ）. In the control group, Complete healing was reached in 4 patients, partial healing in 6 patients and noneffectiveness in 10 patients （ with a complete healing rate of 20.0% and a total healing rate of 50.0% ）. There was a significant difference in the complete healing rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion As a diagnostic and therapeutic approach, transurethral ureteroscopy is safe and effective on the patients with chronic cystospermitis.
