摘　　要：目的了解近2年我院门诊降糖药物的使用情况及趋势。方法对我院2010年12月—2012年12月门诊降糖药物的用药频度(DDDs)、用药金额、每日药费进行统计分析。结果 2年来降血糖药物用药金额和DDDs增长明显,DDDs排序在前的是胰岛素。结论门诊糖尿病治疗符合《2010版中国2型糖尿病指南》的原则,新型降血糖药物已经被大多患者接受。Objective To analyze the outpatient application of oral hypoglycemic drugs, as well its trend. Methods Account a- nalysis of oral hypoglycemic drugs between Dec. 2010 and Dec. 2012, including use frequency （DDDs） , purchase eost and daily expenses, was carried out. Results During the period, the purchase cost and the use frequency of oral hypoglycemie drugs in- creased obviously. At the front ranks of use frequency was insulin. Conclusion Hypoglycemic therapy accords with China Guide- line for Type 2 Diabetes. New oral hypoglyeemic drugs have been already accepted by patients.
