摘　　要：目的:探讨应用病例分型原理构建规范合理、具备可操作性的新型双向转诊指标体系。方法:尝试在病例分型原理的基础上,通过文献检索等方法,筛选特征指标,初步构建双向转诊指标体系的框架。结论:双向转诊是新医改的关键节点之一,在基本医疗标准化建设的基础上,客观上需要制订一套规范的双向转诊实施和评估体系,以期有效推动新医改的战略规划。Objective： To investigate the possibility of establishing a rational, standardized and operational index system with the case classification principle. Methods： Literature review was employed to screen the index and establish the referral index system on the basis of the ease classification principle. Results： Two-way referral is the key to the new health system reform. On the basis of establishing the standard basic medical system, a standardized implementation and evaluation system for the two-way referral was needed for strategy of new health system reform.
