摘　　要：中肠在昆虫生命活动中起着重要作用,同时是多种生物防治微生物作用的靶标,昆虫中肠细胞的离体培养一直受到国际上的广泛关注。本文对昆虫中肠细胞的类型、中肠细胞的分离方法、离体培养所需的培养基、细胞培养方法和条件以及中肠细胞的鉴定等方面进行了综述,为昆虫中肠生物学功能的研究提供启示。Insect midgut plays an important role in the life of insects because midgut epithelium is a target site for some pathogenic microorganisms. Midgut cell culture in vitro has always been greatly concerned about in the world. In this review, the research progress of insect midgut epithelium is summarized regarding to the following aspects： cell types of midgut, cell isolation method, culture medium, methods and conditions of culture, and identification methods of midgut epithelium in vitro. It may provide inspirations for research on biology of insect midgut.
