华山松木蠹象人工饲养方法及生物学特性研究

摘  要:华山松木蠹象Pissodes punetatus是松类树种的重要蛀干害虫。本文通过对华山松木蠹象连续4年的饲养,总结出了采用松木段和人工蛹室的简便实用饲养方法,可以实现华山松木蠹象的连续传代饲养,建立了华山松木蠹象实验种群,并观察其隐蔽阶段的生活习性。饲养结果表明:华山松木蠹象在昆明1年2代,完成1个世代的平均历期为104.5d,其中卵期8~20d,幼虫期45—88d,蛹期20~28d,世代不整齐,没有明显的越冬期。成虫寿命很长,平均可成活377d,且全年可以持续交尾和产卵,每头雌成虫一生平均产卵105.Pissodes punctatus is an important xylophagous pest of pine forest in Yunnan Province, southwestern China. A simple and practical rearing method using pine segments and artificial pupal ceils was summarized by our continuous rearing works of the last four years. Then the experimental population of P. punctatus was established in laboratory by the new rearing method. The result showed that it completes two generations in one year at room temperature in laboratory condition in Kunming. Each mean generation time is 104. 5 d, of which the egg, larva and pupae stages were 8 - 20 d, 45 - 88 d, and 22 -28 d, respectively. Adults may mate all the year round and their mean longevity is 377 d. A mating female oviposits all the year round as well and its average oviposition number is 105.5. Therefore, P. punctatus has obvious generation overlapping, but has not distinct over winter period. The method can not only be used for rearing of weevils, but also for rearing of bark beetles and longicom beetles through slight modification.
