摘 要:针对碳热还原法制取稀土硅铁合金工艺中的内配碳造块的特点 ,选择了纸浆废液为粘结剂 ,对所应用的纸浆废液在不同脱水率条件下的密度、粘度、表面张力等物理化学性质进行了测定 ,给出了具体应用要求。同时 ,对以纸浆废液为粘结剂的内配碳稀土精矿团块的干燥过程进行了研究 ,揭示了其干燥脱水过程 ,给出了干燥工序的参考性工艺参数。In accordance with the characteristics of briquetting carbon inner compounded in the process of producing the rare earth Ferro silicon alloy by carbon thermal reduction method,the pulp wastewater was selected as the bonder agent.Under different dehydration rates,its physicochemical properties of density,viscosity and surface tension were measured,and the applied conditions were observed.The drying course of refined rare earth ore briquettes containing carbon,in which pulp wastewater is used as the bonder agent,was investigated.Its drying dehydration course was revealed and some referable working parameters of drying procedures were obtained.
