摘 要:小干扰RNA(siRNA)通过RNAi途径沉默目的基因,因此其在疾病治疗领域的应用受到关注。如今siRNA作为药物应用于治疗的主要问题是如何将siRNA靶向传递到目标细胞或组织。适体是一种体外合成的单链DNA或RNA寡核苷酸,由于对靶分子有高特异性、穿透力强、低免疫原性等特点,适体可作为载体用于药物的靶向运输。本文主要介绍用适体介导siRNA靶向传递的研究进展。Small interfering RNA (siRNA) lead to gene silencing through RNA interference (RNAi) approach, which should be paid attention to the applicaion of disease treatment. Now the main problem about siRNA as drugs in disease treatment is how to transfer siRNA targeting to the target cell or tissue. Aptamer, a kind of single-stranded DNA or RNA oligonucleotides synthesized in vitro, has the characteristics of high specificity, strong penetrating, low immunogenicity, which can be used as vector for targeting delivery. This review mainly introduces the development of aptamer mediated siRNA delivery.
