摘　　要：提出了高效液相色谱定性定量分析黄原酸盐与氨荒酸混合物组成的方法。混合物经碘氧化后生成对称和非对称化合物 ,用正己烷萃入有机相 ,在RP1 8柱上以甲醇 -水 (85∶1 5,V/V)为流动相 ,2 4 0nm处检测 ,其校准曲线的线性范围为 6 2× 1 0 - 5～ 2 0× 1 0 - 3mol/L ,7次测定RSD <2 %。A qualitative and quantitative analysis method was reported for the determination of composition in mixture of xanthates and diethyl dithiocarbamate by reversed-phase HPLC with LiChrosorb RP18 column, MeOH∶H 2O (85∶15) as mobile phase and UV as detector at 240nm. Symmetrical and asymmetrical compounds were formed after the mixture oxidized and extracted from water phase by n-hexane. The linear range of the determination is 6.2×10 -5 -2.0×10 -3 mol/L. The relative standard deviations obtained (n=7) are less than 2%.
