摘　　要：指出在市场经济条件下应充分掌握市场信息 ,科学测算效益 ,利用买方市场的有利契机竞价采购 ,在力求降低采购成本的同时 ,加快资金周转 ,减少库存积压 ,以最小的资金投入换取最大的效益回报。Under the market economy condition,we should bid for purchasing through fully holding the market information, determining the profits scientifically and using the good chance of over supply. We should expedite the capital turnover and reduce the stock at the same time of cutting down the purchasing cost.Get the maximum return at minimum capital investment.
