摘 要:[目的]探讨影响玫瑰(Rosa rugosa Thunb.)花柱半离体培养的关键因素。[方法]以1份野生玫瑰(珲春)、2个栽培玫瑰品种(紫枝玫瑰R.rugosa‘Zizhi’,重瓣玫瑰R.rugosa‘Chongban’)及2个月季品种(红帽子月季R.chinensis‘Red Hat’,粉和平月季R.chinen-sis‘Pink Peace’)为材料,对比分析水培花枝与露地花枝2种材料及5月中旬及6月中旬2个栽培时间对玫瑰花柱半立体培养的影响。[结果]水培花枝的花和露地自然开花的花对花柱半离体培养的结果影响不显著;5月份的花柱半离体培养结果显著优于6月份的。[结论]该研究可为克服玫瑰与月季种间杂交不亲和、花柱半离体培养技术提供理论和技术支撑。[ Objective] The aim was to discuss the the key factors which influenced semi vitro culture of Rosa rugosa Thunb. style. [ Method] Taking 1 wild germplasm of R. rugosa Thunb. Huichun, 2 cultivars of R. rugosa ' Zizhi' and R. rugosa ' Chongban' , and 2 cultivars of R . chinensis ' Red Hat' and R. Chinensis ' Pink Peace' as test materials, the effects of two flower branches got by water culture in greenhouse and open field culture, two test time of the middle ten days of May and the middle ten days of June, on semi vitro culture of Rosa rugosa Thunb. style were comparatively analyzed. [ Result] The results indicated that there was no significant different effects of between the flowers from the water culture in greenhouse and the open field culture in orchards on the semi vitro culture results of Rosa rugosa Thunb. style; The semi vitro culture results of Rosa rugosa Thunb. style in May was better than that of in June. [Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical and technical support for overcoming interspeciflc hybridized incompatibility between R. rugosa Thunb. and R. chinensis and the Semi vitro culture of style.
