白唇鹿血清淀粉酶的活性测定

摘　　要：[目的]为兽医临床疾病诊断提供依据。[方法]采用碘-淀粉比色法对青海省大通种牛场18只雄性白唇鹿血清淀粉酶活性进行测定。[结果]育成组白唇鹿的血清AMY活性高于成年组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]雄性白唇鹿血清AMY活性显著高于其他草食动物。[ Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the diagnosis of veterinary diseases in the clinic. [ Method] The activity of am- ylase（AMY） in the serun of 18 male Przewalskium albirostris in Datong breeding cattle farm of Qinghai Province was determined by iodine-starch colorimetric method. [ Result] AMY activity in the serun of P. albirostris in bred group was higher than that in adult group without significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] AMY activity in the serun of male P. albirostris was significantly than that in other herbivore.
