基于历史文化旅游背景的村镇民房改造工程探析

摘　　要：以中山南朗茶东村民房改造工程为例,结合历史文化旅游发展的时代背景和具体项目概况,阐述该类项目中民房改造的原则、方法和具体实施措施。认为民房改造工程能保护历史建筑,延续协调地区历史风貌,提升历史文化品质,适宜在村镇历史文化旅游中普遍采用。Taking the renovation project of vernacu.lar dwellings in Chadong Village in Nanlang Town, Zhongshan City for example,background of historical and cultural tourism and concrete situation of the project were combined to elaborate the principles, methods and implementation measures of vernacular dwellings in such projects. Renovation projects of vernacular dwellings could protect historical buildings, coordinate re- gional historical images, and improve the quality of history and culture, so it could be widely applied in historical and cultural tourism of villages and towns.
