摘　　要：采用偏离-份额分析方法,以西安市9区4县2004～2011年的三大产业为分析对象,并以西安市的三大产业为参照,对西安市9县4区三大产业的产业结构以及竞争力因素进行分析,得出西安市各县区经济发展中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了促使西安市各区县产业结构合理化的对策和建议。Using shift-share analysis method, with three industry in 4 counties, 9 districts of Xi＇ an City during 2004-2011 as object, three in- dustry as reference, the industry structure and competitiveness were analyzed. The existing problems in economic development of each county and district of Xi＇ an City were obtained, on the basis of this, countermeasures for promoting industry rationalization in Xi＇ an City were put forward.
