农业综合开发产业化经营项目促进企业发展研究——基于锦州市的专题调研

摘　　要：基于对锦州市农业综合开发产业化经营项目的专题调研数据,分析了农业综合开发产业化经营项目带动企业及农民合作社发展的情况,总结经验及存在的问题,提出6点建议:继续加强对农业产业化龙头企业的扶持力度;适当加大对农产品流通项目的扶持力度;多渠道解决企业和农户的融资难问题;加强部门合作,实现资金整合;加大科技措施的扶持力度;项目扶持应突出重点,避免小而分散。Based on investigation data of agricultural comprehensive development industrialization project in Jinzhou City, the situation of pro- moting enterprise and farmers＇ cooperative was analyzed, the experiences and existing problems were summarized, 6 points of suggestion were put forward, including strengthening support on leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization ; appropriately increasing support degree of agricul- tural products circulation project; multi-channel solving enterprise and farmers＇ difficult financing problem; strengthening departments coopera- tion to realize fund integration; increasing science and technology support measures.
