摘 要:随着世界各国对建筑节能的关注程度日益增加,绿色住宅越来越成为一种通行的理念,我国也已经逐渐将绿色建筑的理念融入到实践当中。文章以南京地区为例,从绿色住宅的内涵和外延出发,针对不同的人群进行相应的市场调研,通过数据处理分析发现目前南京市绿色住宅的市场现状。同时运用价值工程理论对典型案例进行分析,得出目前南京市绿色住宅在推广过程中存在的问题并由此对开发商在绿色住宅开发中的战略调整提出可行性意见。As the world's attention on building energy efficiency is increasing.Green housing has become a prevailing concept that China has gradually put into practice.Starting from the connotation and extension of green housing,the article took Nanjing as an example,launched specific market research for different groups of people in order to find out the current situation of the green housing market in Nanjing through data processing and analysis.Then the article did typical case study according to value engineering theory to find out the existing problems in the promotion of green housing and gave feasible advice about developing strategies for developers.
