摘　　要：供电企业管理的关键环节之一就是线损。线损管理的有效程度以及线损的高低不仅直接影响企业的经济效益,更从一定程度上反映了供电企业的管理水平。因此,做好线损工作对于供电企业来讲至关重要。笔者通过自己的工作实践并借用现代化的经营管理理念,提出了线损的管理措施,以求同行之间可以进行交流和探讨。One of the key links of power supply enterprises management is line loss.The efficiency of line loss management and the degree of line loss not only directly affects enterprises＇ economic benefit,but also reflects the management level of power supply enterprises to a certain extent.Therefore,line loss work is very important for power supply enterprises.Through his own working practice and with the help of modern management concept,the author puts forward line loss management measures,in hope of communicating and discussing with peers.
