摘　　要：宝钢二号RH装置的加热系统引进了世界上先进的炉外精炼工艺与设备 ,由预热和多功能顶枪系统两大部分组成。投产实践证明 :预热枪和多功能顶枪控制系统的开发和设计功能完善、使用方便、具有当今世界先进水平。文章介绍RH工艺要求的各种加热模式原理 ,以及如何实现模式间的无扰切换。Advanced equipment and process of secondary steelmaking are adopted in the combustion system of Baosteel No.2 RH,which consists of stand by burner and multifunctional top lance systems.The operation practice shows that the design and development of stand by burner and multifunctional top lance are perfect in functions,convenient for use and provided with advanced world level.The principles of various burning modes required by RH process and the method of how to realize interference free switch between them are described.
