超声诊断体表肿物的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在体表肿物诊治中的临床意义。方法对38例因各种原因发现体表肿物的患者,应用5～12MHz高频探头二维超声直接扫查及彩色多普勒进行检测,全部病例进行手术治疗或活检。结果聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶填充所致体表肿物占病例多数,共18例。彩色多普勒超声能区分血管瘤和血管畸形。37例在超声定性后经手术彻底去除肿物,1例经口服抗结核药治愈。结论超声对体表肿物的诊断有重要意义。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic value in the diagnosis of superficial tissue masses. Methods Thirty-eight cases with superficial tissue masses were examined by high-frequency probe two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound and confirmed by surgery or biopsy pathology. Results Eighteen cases received polyamidehydrogel injec- tion as soft tissue filling agent and were the main masses cases, and their profile of ultrasound were described. The haemangioma and vascular malformations could be diagnosed with ultrasound and distinguished by using color doppler technique. Thirty-sev- en cases were treated by operations. One case was identified scrofulous and given anti-TB drugs. Conclusion Ultrasound shows important clinical value in the diagnosis of superficial tissue masses.
