摘　　要：六盘水作为一座新兴的工业城市,其形成与"三线"建设密不可分。"三线"建设孕育了六盘水,境内煤炭基地建设造就了六盘水,钢铁、电力、建材等工业的兴起催生了六盘水市,可以说这是六盘水市的形成路径。促使六盘水市形成的有利因素则是:三线建设这个大背景,国家政策导向,独特的自然环境,丰富的自然资源。Liupanshui as an emerging city of industry, its forma- tion is closely related to three-line construction. Three-line con- struction gave birth to it, the construction of coal base created it, the rise of iron and steel, electric power, building materials pro- moted Liupanshui, which is the path of Liupanshui＇s formation. The factors which contribute to the formation of Liupanshui is the background of three-line construction, the national policy guid- ance, unique natural environment, and rich natural resources.
