摘　　要：高校实行二级分院管理体制后,教学秘书的教学管理工作范围扩大,教学秘书应处理好管理与服务的关系、原则与人性化的关系、常规与创新工作的关系、教务处、教学院长、教研室等的关系。Abstract The management scope of teaching secretary broaden and the teaching management work more in two levels of school management system. Therefore, the teaching secretary should deal well with the relationship between management and service, the principle and humanization, conventional and innovative work, dean＇s oglce, the dean and the teaching and research sec- tions.
