摘　　要：槲皮素是一种具有多种生物活性及药理作用的天然黄酮类化合物,其极低的水溶性限制了其应用,为提高其水中溶解度及其生物活性,包载槲皮素的纳米制剂被广泛研究。本文对近年来槲皮素纳米制剂的发展进行了归纳整理,以期为槲皮素的研究开发提供参考。Quercetin is a natural flavonoid compound which has showed a variety of biological activities and pharma cological actions,its poor solubility in water limits its application.In order to enhance the solubility and biological ac tivities,many nanoformulations encapsulating quercetin have been studied.This paper has described the recent ad vances of quercetin loaded nanoformulations to provide the reference to the development and exploitation of quercetin in the future.
