母婴床旁护理模式在初产妇中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨母婴床旁护理模式在初产妇中应用及效果。方法选择浙江省衢州市常山县人民医院产科2010年11月～2012年12月住院分娩的112例初产妇为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将初产妇分为A组(56例)和B组(56例),A组初产妇给予传统护理模式指导下的护理干预措施,B组初产妇给予母婴床旁护理模式指导下的护理干预措施,采用t检验和χ2检验比较两组初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪、纯母乳喂养率、新生儿护理技能掌握程度、健康教育知识回答正确率和初产妇对护理人员提供护理服务方式和态度的满意度。结果 B组初产妇焦虑[(42.66±4.63)分]、抑郁[(44.25±4.53)分]得分明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组组初产妇纯母乳喂养率(100.00%)和健康教育知识回答正确率(98.21%)、新生儿护理技能掌握程度(80.36%)和对护理人员提供护理服务方式和态度(82.14%)的满意度明显优于A组初产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理模式指导下的护理干预措施能够明显减少初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪的发生,不但明显提高初产妇育婴知识和新生儿护理技能掌握程度,而且还明显提高初产妇对护理人员提供护理服务态度和方式的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect on maternal and infant bed nursing mode in primipara.Methods 112 primipara who accepted regular production inspection and deliveried in the Obstetrical Department of Changshan County People＇s Hospital of Quzhou City in Zhejiang Province from November 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the research object,then they were randomly divided into group A（56 cases） and group B（56 cases）,maternals in group A accepted the nursing intervention measures under the guidance of the traditional nursing mode,maternals in group B accepted the nursing intervention measures under the guidance of maternal and infant bed nurs ing mode,anxiety,depression,exclusive breastfeeding rate,master degree of newborn care skills,the correct answer for the health education knowledge and the attitude and way′satisfaction of outpatient midwife providing care services for primipara in the two groups by using t test and χ2 test.Results The scores of anxiety [（42.66±4.63） scores] and depression [（44.25±4.53） scores] in group B were lower than that in group A（P 0.05）,the exclusive breastfeeding rate（100.00%）,master degree of newborn care skills（98.21%）,the correct answer for the health education knowledge（80.36%） and the attitude and way′satisfaction of outpatient midwife providing care services for primipara（82.14%） in group B were higher than that in group A（P 0.05）.Conclusion The midwives′antenatal clinic service can obviously reduce the degree of anxiety and depression,improve the exclusive breastfeeding rate,master degree of newborn care skills,the correct answer for the health education knowledge and the attitude and way ′satisfaction of outpatient midwife providing care services for primipara.
