心理护理干预对眼外伤手术患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对眼外伤行手术治疗的患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2012年1～4月在我院治疗的眼外伤需要手术治疗的患者60例为研究对象,分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上不同阶段给予相应的心理护理干预。分别于入院时和出院后1个月发放调查问卷,评价患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量总评分等。结果入院时两组抑郁和焦虑评分结果差异不明显(P>0.05)。出院后1个月干预组的评分较入院时显著下降(P<0.01),对照组较入院时也有下降(P<0.01),但不如干预组下降幅度大,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。两组入院时,生活质量评价的症状与视功能、身体机能、社会活动、精神心理、总评分比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。出院后1个月,两组各项目评分较入院时均有显著下降,组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。出院后1个月,干预组精神心理项目和生活质量总评分显著优于对照组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理护理干预能够改善眼外伤手术治疗患者的焦虑和抑郁状态,提高生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of psychological nursing intervention on quality of life of eye traumas patients treated by operation.Methods A total of 60 cases with eye traumas from Jan 2012 to Apr 2012 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group,each group with 30 cases.Control group received normal nursing,and intervention group received psychological nursing intervention based on normal nursing.Anxiety score,depression score,QOL were surveyed.Results Depression and anxiety score of two groups had no significant difference on admission（P〈0.05）.Depression and anxiety score of intervention group decreased more after 1 month leaving hospital than on admission（P 0.01）,done as control group（P 0.01）.Two groups had significant difference 1 month af ter leaving hospital（P 0.01）.Symptoms and visual function,somatic function,social activity,psychologic assessment and total score of quality of life had no significant difference on admission（P〈0.05）.All divisions in two groups increased apparently after leaving hospital 1 month（P〈0.05 or 0.01）.Total score of quality of life and psy cho logic assessment of intervention group were better than control group（P 0.01）,Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve anxiety and depression of eye traumas patients treated by operation,improving quality of life.
