膀胱灌注透明质酸钠治疗氯胺酮相关性膀胱炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱灌注透明质酸钠治疗氯胺酮相关性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法收集2010年7月至2012年12月在湛江农垦第二医院及中山大学附属第三医院就诊的因滥用氯胺酮致膀胱炎的患者30例的临床资料,分析其临床症状、影像学及相关实验室检查特点,令患者戒断氯胺酮并给予膀胱灌注透明质酸钠治疗8周。结果经治疗后,21例(70%)患者下尿路症状完全消失,6例(占20%)患者症状明显缓解,3例患者无明显疗效。结论对于滥用氯胺酮所致的膀胱炎,停止使用氯胺酮加上膀胱灌注透明质酸钠治疗可取得较好的疗效。Objectives To evaluate the effect of ketamine-associated cystitis treated with intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate.Methods From July 2010 to December 2012,a total of 30 patients who suffered from ketamine-associated cystitis were recruited into the study.Analyzed the clinical symptoms and laboratory results,withdrawal the ketamine abuse and treated with intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate for 8 weeks.Results After the treatments,21 cases（70%） totally got rid of the lower urinary tract symptoms,6 cases（20%） were partially relieved and 3 cases had no effect.Conclusions For the treatment of ketamine-associated cystitis,withdrawal the ketamine abuse and treated with intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate could have a good effect.
