摘  要:目的探讨双歧杆菌的脂磷壁酸对巨噬细胞产生肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的激活作用。方法将7~10周龄的Bal/c小鼠20只随机均分成脂磷壁酸组和对照组,脂磷壁酸组小鼠给予注射脂磷壁酸溶液3ml,每天1次,连续10d;对照组小鼠给予注射缓冲溶液3ml,每天1次,连续10d。观察两组小鼠TNF-α活性。结果脂磷壁酸组小鼠的TNF-α为(78.45±34.21)U/ml,对照组小鼠的TNF-α为(34.54±13.45)U/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌的脂磷壁酸能激活巨噬细胞产生TNF-α,从而为临床治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the activation of Bifidobacterium lipoteichoic acid for macrophages to produce TNF-α. Methods 20 Bal/c mice with 7-10 weeks old were randomly divided into lipoteichoic acid group and control group.The lipoteichoic acid group was injected 3 ml lipoteichoic acid solution,one time a day,and with 10 consecutive days.The control group was injected with 3 ml buffer solution,one time a day,and with 10 consecutive days.TNF-α activity of the mice in two groups was observed. Results The activity of TNF-α of lipoteichoic acid group was (78.45 ± 34.21)U/ml,while the activity of TNF-α of control group was (34.54±13.45)U/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P&lt;0.05). Conclusion Lipoteichoic acid of Bifidobacterium can activate macrophages to produce TNF- α,and thus provides some basis for clinical treatment.
