摘  要:目的探讨Mimics软件在基于CT增强扫描数据集重建颈内动脉三维数字化模型中的应用及颈内动脉的分段。方法 1例经CT增强连续扫描数据集,以DICOM格式导入Mimics10.01软件,运用阈值选取技术、蒙板编辑技术、区域增长方法对颈内动脉进行三维重建。结果获得了颈内动脉的三维数字化模型,并进行了分段及注释。结论通过Mimics软件建立起了颈内动脉的三维数字化模型,在人体解剖学教学、断层解剖学教学、临床脑外科和颈内动脉病变诊断等方面具有重要的应用价值。Objective To discuss the application of Mimics software in reconstructing a digital three dimensional model of internal carotid artery based on the data of CT strengthening scanning and the segment of internal carotid artery using a subsection method called Bouthillier.Methods CT strengthening scan images were imported into Mimics10.01 in DICOM format,and the internal carotid artery was reconstructed with the technique of thresholding selection,masks editing and region growing.Results By this way,the digital model of internal carotid artery could be performed.And the segment and notes of internal carotid artery could be completed.Conclusion The 3D digital model of internal carotid artery can be reconstructed with Mimics software.The 3D reconstruction images can provide valuable references for human anatomy teaching,sectional anatomy teaching,clinical cerebral surgery and clinic diagnosis of internal carotid artery lesions.
