摘　　要：目的研究家庭护理干预对帕金森病(PD)患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2010年1月～2012年1月在本院就诊的PD患者54例,给予系统性、周期性的家庭护理干预,比较其护理前后生活满意度指数A(LSIA)以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果家庭护理干预前后LSIA比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.15,P<0.01);家庭护理干预前后HAMD评分比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.57,P<0.05)。结论家庭护理干预对PD患者的生活质量有一定的改观作用,值得进一步细化并推广使用。Objective To explore the influence of family nursing intervention on life quality of patients with Parkinson disease（PD）. Methods 54 cases of patients with Parkinson disease were selected from January 2006 to January 2010 in our hospital,the life satisfaction index A（LSIA） and Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） was compared before and after the nursing by systematic, periodic family nursing intervention. Results Before and after the family nursing intervention,the difference of LSIA was statistically significant （χ2 =15.15,P ＆lt; 0.01）;before and after the family nursing intervention,the difference of HAMD was statistically significant（χ2 =8.57,P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Family nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with PD has a certain improving effect,and it is worthy of further refinement and promote.
