摘  要:通过测量 1 2 0t氧气顶吹转炉终点、钢包钢水氧含量 ,回归出转炉终点碳、氧方程及脱氧合金化时脱氧剂加入量与脱氧量方程 ,经分析 ,得出终点钢水氧含量主要由碳含量控制 ,钢水温度影响不大 ;冶炼低碳低硅钢时 ,钢中氧含量控制在 2 0× 1 0 -6 ~ 6 0× 1 0 -6 (质量百分数 ) ,可保证浇注顺行 ,铸坯不产生气泡。The equation for the turn down [C],[O] content of liquid steel in the converter and the amount of deoxidizing addition and the equation for the extent of deoxidization in the process of deoxidization and alloying are regressed by way of measurement on the turndown [O] content of liquid steel in a 120T top blown oxygen converter and in ladle. By analysis on the above results it is concluded that instead of the temperature influence the tarn down [O] content is mainly governed by the [C] content. Therrefore, smooth casting can be ensured and blow holes in the slab eliminated provided that [O] content is controlled with in 20~60ppm in refining low carbon, low silicon steel.
