摘  要:重点论述了低碳包晶钢连铸时的特殊性引发的连铸坯纵裂纹问题 ,分析了此类纵裂纹缺陷的特点及产生原因 ,根据武钢三炼钢厂在低碳包晶钢纵裂控制方面的生产实践 ,提出了浇铸低碳包晶铸钢时的连铸工艺控制技术 ,取得了显著成效。This paper emphatically discusses the longitudinal Cracks in Continuously cast slabs caused by specificity of continuously casting low carbon peritectic steel, and analyzes the cause and characteristics of the occurrence of these kinds of longitudinal cracks. Combining with the experiences of the control on longitudinal cracks in low carbon peritectic steel in No.3 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO, a new plan for continuous casting process and control techique during casting low carbon peritectic steel has been put forward, which has achieved significantly good results.
