摘 要:研究了自制微波土壤修复设备对某实际有机氯农药污染场地土壤的修复效果,该微波设备采用四个对称安装磁控管作为微波发生器,微波腔体中土壤罐采用碳化硅材料,使污染土壤能够快速升温.结果表明:该微波土壤修复设备能够快速有效地降解实际污染土壤中的滴滴涕(DDT);微波功率和土壤量对污染土壤中DDT的降解效率有较大影响,当微波功率为4kW,土壤量为1kg,辐射30min时,土壤中总DDT的去除率达到77.6%;与常规加热方式相比,微波加热条件下,土壤总DDT的去除率提高了了27.4%,这是由于微波加热效率高于常规加热,同时微波可削弱反应过程中的化学键.To remedy organochlorine pesticides contaminated soil in a home-made microwave equip- ment, four magnetrons were installed symmetrically as a microwave generator in home-made micro- wave equipments. The pot in the microwave cavity for laying up soil was made by SiC which is benefi- cial for fast heating of the contaminated soil. The results show that dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) in the contaminated soil are efficiently degraded in the equipment. Microwave power and soil mass significantly influence the removal of DDT. For 1 kg soil, 77.6; of the total amount of DDTs is removed in 30 min at the microwave power of 4 kW. Compared with conventional heating, the remov- al of the total amount of DDTs is enhanced about 27.40//oo in microwave radiation because the heating efficient of microwave radiation is higher than that of conventional heating and chemical bonds can be impaired during microwave radiation.
