摘  要:采用相转移制备方法,用聚合物膜改性镁钛系商品聚乙烯催化剂SLC-B(L)制备了单反应生产宽分子量分布的镁钛系聚乙烯催化剂,观察了催化剂的微观形态、绘制了催化反应动力学曲线、表征了聚合产物的性能、讨论了影响催化剂性能的因素。研究结果表明,用相转移制备方法可以成功地将聚合物膜负载在商品催化剂的表面;改性的催化剂可以使镁钛系催化剂聚合产物的分子量分布变宽,动力学表现平稳,但活性有所降低;聚合物膜含量越多,聚合产物的分子量分布越宽,但活性下降越明显;改性的催化剂氢调不敏感。Through using phase transfer technology,the commercial Mg-Ti catalysts SLC-B(L) were modified by the polymer film to form new catalysts,which can make ethylene polymerize to PE with broad molecular distribution in a single reactor.The morphology and the catalytic kinetics of catalysts,properties of PE polymerized by using the catalysts were studied,and the factors to affect the performance of the catalysts were also discussed.The resluts show that the polymer film can be loaded on commercial catalysts successfully,the modified calalysts can make the PE have broad molecular distribution,the catalytic kinetics is steady,and the catalytic activity is reduced.The more polymer film in it,the more broad molecular distribution PE has,at the same time the lower the catalytic activity;the hydrogen sensitivity of the modified catalysts is not sensitive.
