摘　　要：分析了三聚氰胺反应器固化停车的原因,总结了三聚氰胺反应器固化开车的操作难点和注意事项,指导工艺操作调整系统,从而提出操作优化建议,最大限度的保证装置和操作人员的安全,维护装置的稳定运行。Causes of the melamine reactor curing shutdown were analyzed,difficulties and matters needing attention during melamine reactor curing startup were summarized,some suggestions to optimize the operation were put forward,which can assure the safety of equipment and operating personnel,maintain the stability of the device operation.
