摘　　要：目前国际已经研究出不同的污水处理方法,中国环保理论及工艺技术方面与外国的差距不大,差距比较大的是环保单元设备和自动控制系统。SBR即序列间歇式活性污泥法(Sequencing BatchReactor Activated Sludge Process),又称序批式活性污泥法,是一种按间歇曝气方式来运行的活性污泥污水处理技术。我国也正逐渐引进和推广,SBR技术的核心是SBR反应池,SBR反应池对自动化控制要求很高,针对改良SBR工艺(CAST工艺)特性及要求,研究制订构架SBR反应池的自动化控制方案成为了整个污水处理工艺控制方案设计的核心环节。Now,there are many sewage treatment methods at home and abroad.China’s environmental protection theories and technologies have not big difference with foreign countries,but our environmental protection equipments and automation control level have a big gap with foreign countries.SBR（Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process） is an activated sludge wastewater treatment technology.China is gradually introducing and promoting the sludge wastewater treatment technology.The core of the SBR technology is SBR reaction pool,SBR reaction pool has high automation control requirement.In this paper,based on characteristics and requirements of improved SBR Technology（CAST process）,SBR tank automation control program was researched and developed.
