摘 要:用发泡铜作阴极材料, 从稀的酸性镀铜废液中电沉积回收金属铜,测定了阴极极化曲线,考察了pH值、电解液循环速率、电流密度等工艺参数对阴极电流效率的影响. 结果表明:用发泡铜作阴极材料,可有效地处理含铜废液和回收金属铜,将含Cu2+ 200 mg/L的废液在1.2 A/dm2表观电流密度下处理至含Cu2+ 0.5 mg/L以下,平均电流效率可达85%以上.Electrodeposition using foamed copper as cathode for recovering copper from copper electroplating acidic dilute waste solution was studied. The polarization curve of the electrodeposition system was measured and the influences of pH value, flow rate of electrolyte, current density and other factors on current efficiency were investigated. The results show that it is very effective for recovering copper in waste water using foamed copper as cathode. Under the apparent current density of 1.2 A/dm2, the waste water with 200 mg/L Cu2+ was treated and the copper content reduced to below 0.5 mg/L, the average current efficiency is higher than 85%. The X-ray diffraction spectrum of the cathode after electrodeposition shows that it is covered by pure copper.
