摘  要:在磷酸介质及加热条件下 ,Ru(Ⅲ )对KIO4氧化DAmCM显色反应有明显的催化增色作用 ,由此建立了测定痕量钌的催化分光光度法。体系的非催化反应 (吸光度为A0 )和催化反应 (吸光度为A)的最大吸收波长均为 50 5nm ,钌的质量浓度在 0 0~1 80 0ng/ 2 5ml范围内符合比尔定律 ,检测限为 2 4 7× 1 0 - 10 g/ml,反应的表观活化能为1 0 7 0 7kJ/mol,反应表观速率常数为 6 87× 1 0 - 4/s。该方法用于矿样中痕量钌的测定 ,结果令人满意。A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace ruthenium(Ⅲ) has been established,which is based on its catalytic effect on the oxidative colour raction of DAmCM with potassium periodate in phosphoric acid medium and heat water bath.The catalytic reaction (the absorbance is A )and the uncatalytic reaction (the absorbance is A 0 ) have the maximum absorbance wavelength at 505nm.The linear range of the method is 0.0~ 180 0ng/25ml Ru(Ⅲ) and the detection limit is 2.47×10 -10 g/ml.The reaction′s apparent activation energy and apparent rate constant are 107.07kJ/mol and 6.87×10 -4 /s respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of ruthenium in ores with satisfactory results.
