摘  要:用理论计算和实测两种方法对连铸机钢包旋转塔叉型臂的强度进行了校核 ,发现在直叉根部和立臂孔附近应力集中较高 ,超出了材料的许用应力 ,强度明显不足 ,原设计对应力集中考虑不够 ,存在设计缺陷 ,并且提出了补强措施 ,为今后使用、维护、管理提供了依据。The strength of the forked arm in the rotating tower of the concaster has been checked and analyzed by way of theoretical calculation and on site measurement, and it is found that greater unbearable stress concentration generates in the vicinity of the root of the straight fork and hole of the vertical arm due to the design error (overlook of the stress concentration problems and insufficient strength for the designed parts in the original design), and therefore certain remedial measures are put forward for operation, maintenance and management in the future.
