结构级彩色涂层钢板WJCZn的研制与应用

摘　　要：通过对WJCZn成分、性能设计及对生产工艺条件的改进 ,开展了多次工业试制。结果表明 :所设计的化学成分和工艺规程合理 ;基板的机械性能达到设计要求 ;WJCZn各项性能均达到《GB T1 2 75 4-91》规定的指标 ;试制产品经用户试用 ,其性能满足使用要求。Industrial scale trials have been conducted by designing the WJCZn chemical compositions and process parameters and improving the process conditions. Results show that the designed chemical compositions and process specifications are acceptable and the mechanical properties of base metal have reached the design requirements, the properties of WJCZn produce conform to 《GB/T12754-91》 standard and the trial products can basically meet the requirements of customers.
