摘　　要：实验分析了潘一选煤厂入浮煤泥的数质量波动情况、粒度组成和可浮性等特点,采用入料预脱泥、煤浆预处理、煤泥粗选和精选的浮选工艺流程处理,检测表明,浮选各系统工艺分选指标良好,脱泥降灰效果显著。Experimental analyses taken on the flotation feed at Panyi Coal Preparation Plant,regarding its fluctuation in both quantity and quality,particle consist,and floatability;employed were feed pre-desliming,pulp pre-treatment,and flotation circuit of roughing-cleaning;denoted by tests that better cleaning index of the system attained and performance of ash reduction remarkable.
