摘　　要：通过对某部2006—2011年国家自然基金申请、中标情况、SCI论文发表情况进行统计分析,改进管理服务模式,促进基金项目申请、管理和成效有机结合,基金项目的申请中标率大幅提升,在研项目管理规范有序,项目绩效显著提高,有力地推动了学科发展。The article focused on the bidding for National Natural Science Foundation of China of certain department during 2006-2011,by analyzing how to submit and win the biddings,as well as the SCI essays publishing.The author also gave some suggestions that upgrading management model can considerably enhance the successful biddings,effectively improve the management of foundation projects and greatly promote the development of scientific research.
