摘　　要：军队中小医院在科研方面有诸多困难,但只要瞄准研究方向,依靠任务牵引,突出重点学科和特色学科,注重面向基层一线部队,发挥现场研究优势,积极内引外联,在医学科研方面可以大有作为。Scientific research in military small-middle-scale hospital faces many difficulties,but as long as targeting correct research directions,leading the advance by task,highlighting disciplines focus and features,focus on the military grassroots,making full use of on-site research advantage,strengthening the internal guidance and external relations,there would be bright prospects for medical research in military small hospital,and promote the improvement in medical scientific research work.
