摘　　要：目的了解广西吸毒人员参加美沙酮维持治疗的家庭社会支持情况,为开展有针对性的干预活动提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式,在广西21家MMT门诊,对新入组自愿参加社区美沙酮维持治疗的海洛因成瘾者进行问卷调查,将收集的数据进行统计分析。结果调查对象中41.6%未婚且单身、49.7%已婚或同居,12人(1.1%)处于分居状态。对目前婚姻状态,15.2%的调查对象不满意,28.5%感到无所谓。最近3年中,62.0%的被调查者与父母居住在一起,6.8%自己单独居住。13.8%和16.9%的调查对象与有酗酒和吸毒问题的人生活在一起。最近30天,调查对象曾与母亲、父亲发生过严重冲突的比例分别是36.4%、35.5%。在空闲的时候,20.8%的调查对象喜欢与喝酒吸毒的朋友在一起,9.8%自己一个人独过。过半数的调查对象认为接受家庭和社会方面的咨询对他们非常重要。结论自愿参加美沙酮维持治疗的海洛因成瘾者与家庭社会的问题是多方面存在的,在给予美沙酮药物治疗的同时需要开展心理咨询与辅导、职业技能培训和家庭支持等方面的综合干预措施。Objectives To explore the situation of family and social support among heroin drug users attending methadone maintenance treatment（MMT） clinics,to provide scientific basis for targeted intervention.Methods Questionnaires interview were conducted among heroin addicts who treated with methadone no more than one month and recruited from twenty-one MMT clinics in Guangxi,statistical analysis was conducted.Results Of participants,41.6% was unmarried and single,49.7% was married/cohabitation,1.1% was in a state of separation,for marital statu at present,15.2% of respondents dissatisfied,28.5% feeling no matter.During three years,62.0% of respondents lived with their parents,while 6.8% lived alone,the rate of living with intermperant and drug user was 13.8%,16.9% respectively.The rate of respondents who had severe conflict with their mother and father in the previous month was 36.4%,35.5%.In spare time,20.8% of respondents tended to stay with friends with alcoholic or drug use,while 9.8% stayed alone.More than half of respondents believed family and social consultation play an important role in receiving MMT.Conclusions Many problems exsit in heroin drug users self-imposed MMT,therefore,MMT implementing should combine with psychological counseling,vocational training,family and social support.
