摘  要:目的探讨抵抗素联合胰岛素抵抗指数在2型糖尿病诊断中的临床价值,为2型糖尿病的高危人群的筛检和预防提供科学依据。方法分别测定广州地区156例2型糖尿病患者和173例对照的抵抗素、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素并计算胰岛素抵抗指数、TG、CHOL、HDL-CH、LDL-CH。结果T2DM与健康对照组比较,空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、抵抗素(Resistin)、胰岛素抵抗指数和HDL-CH有显著性差异(P<0.05);抵抗素与胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、血糖、CHOL、HDL、LDL有显著性相关关系;抵抗素联合胰岛素抵抗指数在诊断2型糖尿病中的灵敏度为81.41%、特异度为72.83%。结论抵抗素在2型糖尿病的发生发展过程中起了重要作用;抵抗素联合胰岛素抵抗指数在2型糖尿病的诊断中有重要作用。Objective To discuss the clinical value of resistin and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) in diagnosis of type 2 diabetic patients,and to provide the scientific clue for screening and prevention of type 2 diabetic patients.Methods The levels of resistin,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR,TG,CHOL,HDL-CH and LDL-CH in 156 type 2 diabetic patients and 173 healthy persons in the control group were measured.Resuls The levels of fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin,resistance element,insulin resistance index and HDL –CH in type 2 diabetic cases and the controls showed no significant difference(P 0.05);The resistin level was significant related to insulin,insulin resistance index,blood sugar,CHOL,HDL,LDL;The sensitivity and specificity of resistin combined with insulin resistance index in diagnosis of type 2 diabetes were 83.33% and 38.15% respectively.Conclusion Resistin plays an important role in the development of type 2 diabetes.The sensitivity and specificity of detection of resistin combined with insulin resistance index in diagnosis of type 2 diabetes would enhanced..
