肿瘤专科医院加强门诊病案管理的探讨

摘　　要：为加强门诊病案管理,为医院和患者提供准确快捷的服务,我院采取了加强制度建设、定期进行督导检查、召开工作总结会、推行数字化门诊病案等一系列措施,加强门诊病案的全面管理,并加强了对职工的人文关怀和科室的文化建设。经过半年多的实践,门诊病案管理初见成效,保证了病案传送、归档等各项工作的有序开展,建立了一个和谐、进取、高效的团队;工作得到了相关科室和人员的认可。今后我院将继续加强门诊病案管理,为推动医院医疗水平和管理能力的持续提高发挥建设性作用。In order to provide accurate and efficient service for the hospital and patients, our hospital adopted a series of measures to strengthen outpatient medical records management which including strengthened the construction of system, conducted regular su- pervision and inspection, held regular working summary and implemented the digital medical records management, strengthened the humanistic care to the employees and culture construction, and so on. After about six months of practice, the outpatient medical records management has achieved initial success. Medical records transfer, archiving, and so on, have been carried out orderly. A harmonious, enterprising, efficient team has been established. And the work has been recognized by relevant dermrtments and Derson-nel. In the future, the hospital will continue to strengthen the outpatient medical record management, so as to promote continuous improvement of medical level and capacity of management of the hospital.
