摘　　要：病案质控是医疗质量管理的重要组成部分,终末病案质控工作通过PDCA循环管理实施四个阶段的实际运用,通过PDCA循环,使我们思想方法和工作步骤更加条理化、系统化、图像化和科学化。改变了以往靠经验管理的旧模式。进一步提高病案书写质量和病案管理水平,从而促进病案管理质量的持续改进与发展。The quality control of medical records is an important part of medical quality management. According to the four stages of PDCA on quality control of the final medical records, our ideas and working procedure became more organized, systematical, visible and scientific and the old experience-based management mode transformed into a new one. In addition, the improvement of writing quality and management standard of medical records promoted the sustainable improvement and development of medical records management.
