基于“军卫一号”的引导式门诊医生工作站的开发与应用

摘　　要：门诊医生工作站是门诊信息系统的核心组成部分,对提高门诊医师工作效率、缩短病患等待时间、避免门诊收费、发药等环节的差错、优化门诊就医流程具有重要作用。我院在原"军卫一号"门诊医生工作站基础上重新开发了引导式门诊医生工作站,对门诊电子病历书写、患者历史就诊信息调阅及与LIS、PACS、RIS系统的无缝集成等功能进行了改进与完善。本文就该系统的系统结构、系统配置、系统功能及应用效果进行了详细阐述。The outpatient service doctor workstation is the core part of the outpatient information system. It have important functions in improving the efficiency of outpatient doctors work, Shortening the waiting time for the patients, avoiding charge, dispensing error, and optimization of outpatient service medical treatment process. We developed prescriptive content outpatient doctor workstation based on ＂No. 1 Military Medical Project＂ outpatient service doctor workstation. Functions such as Outpatient electronic medical record writing, the patient medical history information retrival, seamless integrating with LIS.PACS.RIS were improved and perfected. System structure, system configuration, system function and application effect are expound in detail in this paper.
