摘　　要：次黄嘌呤核苷5＇-一磷酸脱氢酶（IMPDH）是鸟嘌呤核苷酸更新合成时的限速酶,直接测定此酶活性作为麦考酚酸（MPA）的一种生物标志物,可以帮助更好地估计个体对免疫抑制剂的反应.该文的目的是提供最近关于方法学的文献以及在器官移植领域应用IMPDH监测的概况.Inosine 5＇-monophosphate dehydrogenase（IMPDH） is the rate limiting enzyme in the de novo synthesis of guanine nucleotides. The direct determination of target enzyme activity as a biomarker of mycophenolic acid （MPA） may help to esti- mate better the individual response to the immuno suppressant. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the recent literature on the methodology and the use of INIPDH monitoring in the field of organ transplantation.
