摘　　要：目的 探讨中华骨髓库HLA实验室质量控制工作方法和措施,以期为长效做好HLA实验室质量控制工作提供参考.方法 按照中华骨髓库HLA实验室建设要求,总结、分析河南省红十字血液中心实验室HLA分型实验过程中血样管理、检测等各环节的质量控制工作.结果 该实验室现行的HLA分型质量控制方法和措施,基本能够满足中华骨髓库对HLA实验室质量控制工作的实际要求,能够确保实验数据的质量和安全.结论 HLA实验室切实建立一套符合本室工作流程的质量控制系统,并严格采取一定的方法和措施,是确保中华骨髓库实验标本和入库数据质量,推动中华骨髓库建设持续健康发展的基础.Objective To provide a reference standard for long-term effective quality control of HLA laboratory, the quality control methods and measures of HLA laboratooory of China Marrow Donor Program（CMDP） had been investigated. Methods According to its construction requests, some procedures of quality control the process of HLA classification,such as blood samples management, detecting and so on, were summarized and analyzed. Results It showed the current measure- ments of HLA classification in our laboratory basically met the demands of HLA laboratory of CMDP and guaranteed the qualiity and security of the experimental data. Conclusion A suotable quality control system and certain strict methods are the guarantee of the quality of the specimens and storage data,as well as the basis of the sustaines and healthy development of CMDP.
