摘  要:用以贮存三氯氢硅的304不锈钢贮槽使用了约3a后在封头处发生开裂,为了查明其开裂原因,采用光学显微镜、直读光谱仪以及扫描电子显微镜等对其进行了失效分析。结果表明:贮槽封头开裂的原因是贮槽封头部分钢板由于变形使得部分奥氏体组织转变成马氏体组织,从而使材料强度升高,应力腐蚀敏感性增强,并且在焊缝热影响区存在焊接残余应力,加上腐蚀介质的存在,从而导致该处产生了应力腐蚀开裂。In order to find the cracking causes of head cover of a 304 stainless steel tank used for containingtrichlorosilane after using about three years, the failure analysis was performed by optical microscopy, direct-reading spectrometer testing and scan electric microscopy. The results show that the cracking reamns of the tank head cover crackswere the defomkation of parts of steel plates in tank head cover, and thus to cause part of austenite changing into defommtion nmrtensite and the strength and stress corrosion sensitivity increasing. In addition, the stress corrosion cracking being on beat affected zone was due to the welding residual stress generating and corrosive medium in the positin.
