摘  要:研究了51CrV4、52CrMoV4、60Si2CrVA、60Si2MnA共4种高速列车常用弹簧钢的表面脱碳形貌,比较了脱碳敏感性大小。结果表明,Cr-V系弹簧钢具有较小的脱碳敏感性,Si-Mn系弹簧钢的脱碳倾向较大。在850~1050℃温度范围内,60Si2MnA的脱碳最严重,60Si2CrVA次之,51CrV4、52CrMoV4的脱碳敏感性最小。弹簧钢的化学成分对其脱碳行为有重要影响。The decarburized layers of four spring steels,51CrV4,52CrMoV4,60Si2CrVA and 60Si2MnA,used for high-speed trains were investigated and their decarburization sensitivities were compared.The results show that Cr-V spring steels have low decarburization sensitivity while Si-Mn spring steels behave higher decarburization sensitivity.Among these steels,60Si2MnA steel exhibits the greatest tendency of decarburization,60Si2CrVA steel is the second,51CrV4 and 52CrMoV4 steels have the lowest decarburization sensitivity,in the temperature range of 850-1050 ℃.The chemical composition of these spring steels show an important effect on the decarburization behavior.
